Garden room extension providing a link between the kitchen and the garden and utilising an unused area between the house and boundary. Rooflights over the sitting area fill the room with light and large format glazed doors to the rear provide a view to the garden. A purpose built utility room was added to the front with storage to make maximum use of the extension.
