Our staff are all currently working remotely from home however we are still very much progressing works for our existing clients and for all potential clients we can do the same.

Given that obtaining statutory consents can take a considerable amount of time (3 to 4 months for building warrant, 6 to 8 months if planning permission and building warrant are required) we can still progress works during this time in order that consents are in place at a point when the country gets back to some normality. The councils planning and building control departments continue to work on and as all submissions for consents are done online all works can be carried out remotely and feasibility and design options can all be discussed via email and over the phone.

Aware that each clients current situation varies at present we can look at discussing feasibility options based on sales particular plans (or any other historic plans we can obtain online or from council websites) without a requirement to carry out a measured survey at this time (given the current distancing advice of the government) but with a view to progressing works at a later date.
