With over 25 combined years in the industry we have a highly varied background with broad reach. While we generally work in and around Edinburgh and the Lothians we are happy to travel further afield.

Mapping and Deed Plans

We are licensed for purchase and use of OS data plans and can produce land mapping or deed plans through measured surveys for when you come to sell your home. These are compliant with land registry requirements so you can be assured when registering your property ownership.

   I contacted ABC architecture to help me with the renovation & certification of an old bungalow and their service was excellent from the start but particularly towards the end when it came to liaising with the council planning and regulation department to get the final certificate.
